Lemon Myrtle Chocolate Crackles
This Chocolate crackle recipe makes a divine chocolate treat for the kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
• 2 cups rice bubbles or rice crispies
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
• 125g copha
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Cadbury Bournville Cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon Lemon Myrtle
• 12 strawberries
Method
- In a large bowl, mix rice bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa.
- Melt copha in a saucepan over a low heat. Stir through lemon myrtle. Add to rice bubble mixture and stir to combine.
- Spoon mixture into patty cases, top with a strawberry and refrigerate until firm.
